Maps may not have the most updated photos. This is a transitioning area that may appear rough but it's safe and very quiet at night. There is a ring door bell for added security. Early check-in is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. The early check-in fee is $25. Late check-out is 12pm. Late check-out fee is $40. Late check-out is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Late check-out is only applicable to reservations that have paid the $40 late check out fee. Late check-out can only be added to the reservation prior to check-out date. If you request late check-out on check-out day or overstay past normal 10:00 am check-out time then late check-out fee is $80. This $80 will be automatically deducted from your deposit. Check-in begins at 5:00 pm and check-out ends at 10:00 am. This is a transitioning area that may appear rough but it's safe and very quiet at night. There is a ring doorbell for added security. There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property. There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment. Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen. All units on this property must operate in the same mode—either heat or cool—at any given time, however the temperature in each unit is controlled by the guest. The mode is determined by the host based on the weather. Pets are not allowed. For undisclosed pets brought into the listing, there is an additional $250 fee. Thanks!
