I like that it had numerous pools that my son and I could enjoy spending time at. I also liked that I felt safe on the property and it was very private. Nobody bothered us. It was not loud. There was no parties going on and it was very cozy and I would definitely recommend this property again for family or friends to come and stay because it was just enjoy all the way around. I also really was impressed with the video on how to get to the apartment that was a really neat thing. I’ve never seen that before and it was very clever because if not, I would’ve never found this place. I didn’t like that the laundry was shared and not having a washer and dryer in the unit is inconvenient, but that’s honestly the only thing I can think of

The place is wonderful!! It’s very close to many many attractions by driving or even some could be by walking (moderate distance), it’s quiet and it’s very beautifully decorated, like the title says, like a vintage Hollywood theater. It is extremely clean and organized, very cozy and you feel like at home. It’s very very comfortable since the beds (extremely comfortable) to the sofa’s. Has all the amenities and it’s very spacious, it could fit several people. Has all the instructions and the management team are super kind and responsive, they were above and beyond helping me and my family with a package that arrived after our stay, so they are wonderful!! I loved how attentive and responsive they were. They ask you for a deposit refund via Venmo or Zelle but don’t worry, you will get it back. I would definitely stay again in this place, was a very good experience! It’s not like I disliked, I just think it would be great if they had kid’s plates, cups and spoons, forks, (like silicon or plastic) because most of the kitchen were crystal, maybe adding an air fryer to their kitchen, drying towels for kitchen, few stuffs. For the rest it was very much well equipped with tons of plates, glass and silverware, also many pots and pans.

The house was very clean you could really tell that they put time into it. Nothing everything was great parking with multiple cars might be an issue but we had enough space for for two cars!

I really enjoyed my stay at Historic Heights Artist Bungalow #1. It was a simple and perfect for my needs. Great neighborhood too. I felt very safe and it was close to many shops and restaurants. Fantastic communication as well throughout my stay.

Best place I've stayed in Texas! I usually do not enjoy my stay while in Houston, but staying at this property made everything so much more convenient and peaceful. The host was also incredibly communicative. Would come again 10/10.

Great set up, has a home vibe, clean and well maintained The street lights outside bedroom windows were on all night, but the curtains helped negate that effect. Maybe put some tint on the windows or install blackout roman curtains for light sleepers in the future as an idea.

Beautiful, clean, with a responsive host. I'd book again. The bed was amazing!!! I came at night... the street was really dark in a gentrifying area. Not the hosts fault obviously but be aware of your surroundings. I didnt realize there were multiple units on the property, so it was confusing as I was trying to determine which one to go to at night. Thankfully when I called the host, someone answered right away and stayed on the phone with me until I got into my room. I was traveling alone, at night, and a visibly pregnant woman.
