Maps may not have the most updated photos. This house is located on a busy road (Lockwood Dr), the living and dining room face the road and at times you may hear street noise. Although this is not a perfect solution we have installed sound dampening curtains to help with the noise. Please keep this in mind before booking. There is a ring door bell for added security. Early check-in is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. The early check-in fee is $25. Late check-out is 12pm. Late check-out fee is $40. Late check-out is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Late check-out is only applicable to reservations that have paid the $40 late check out fee. Late check-out can only be added to the reservation prior to check-out date. If you request late check-out on check-out day or overstay past normal 10:00 am check-out time then late check-out fee is $80. This $80 will be automatically deducted from your deposit. Check-in begins at 5:00 pm and check-out ends at 10:00 am. Park up to 2 cars are allowed to park on the property. Street parking is available right in front of the property. This is a non shared listing with multiple listings on this property/or building. There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property. There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment. Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen. There is a train that runs near this home, you may hear the train at times but the horn does not usually blow. Pets are allowed for $10 per pet per night. Please let us know if you want to bring a pet at the time of booking. Also, we will require a picture of the pet. For undisclosed pets brought into the listing, there is an additional $250 fee. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet's waste. Thanks!
