Maps may not have the most updated photos. This is a transitioning area that may appear rough but it's safe and very quiet at night. There is a ring doorbell for added security. Early check-in is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. The early check-in fee is $25. Late check-out is 12pm. Late check-out fee is $40. Late check-out is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Check-in begins at 5:00 pm and check-out ends at 10:00 am. You must lift the Murphy bed in order to put it up. The Murphy bed is heavy and will require two people to lift. You may find clean sheets and towels in the washer and dryer located in the laundry area. If you need to use the dryer, please remove and set it on the side. If you need to use the washer, please transfer and run the dryer. Thank you. This space is a non-shared separate unit. There are other listings located on the same property. There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property. There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment. Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen. No animals are allowed. For undisclosed pets/ service animals brought into the listing, there is an automatic ejection with no refund and $250 cleanup fee. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet's waste. If there is excessive pet hair in the space we will not refund the $250 pet cleaning deposit fee. *Deposit Collection* (Only in the case of Pets and Underage guests) In the case of any deposit collection, we will need a picture of your government ID and a picture of the credit card used matching your ID. The picture only needs to show the last four digits of your credit card. We will not be able to give access to the space until these steps are completed. Thanks!
