Maps may not have the most updated photos. This is a transitioning area that may appear rough but it's safe and very quiet at night. There is a ring door bell for added security. Early check-in is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. The early check-in fee is $25. Late check-out is 12pm. Late check-out fee is $40. Late check-out is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Late check-out is only applicable to reservations that have paid the $40 late check out fee. Late check-out can only be added to the reservation prior to check-out date. If you request late check-out on check-out day or overstay past normal 10:00 am check-out time then late check-out fee is $80. This $80 will be automatically deducted from your deposit. Check-in begins at 5:00 pm and check-out ends at 10:00 am. Street parking is available right in front of the house either on Park drive or Edgewood street. There is also a paid covered garage parking for $10 per night per car. Max capacity is 2 vehicles. Ceiling clearance in the garage is 7 ft. Paid parking is subject to availability. Multiple listings on this property.. There are extra pillows and a comforter in the living room closet for the sofa bed. There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property. There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment. Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen. No animals are allowed. For undisclosed pets/ service animals brought into the listing, there is an automatic ejection with no refund and $500 cleanup fee. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet's waste. If there is excessive pet hair in the space we will not refund the $250 pet cleaning deposit fee. *Deposit Collection* (Only in the case of Pets and Underage guests) In the case of any deposit collection, we will need a picture of your government ID and a picture of the credit card used matching your ID. The picture only needs to show the last four digits of your credit card. We will not be able to give access to the space until these steps are completed. Thanks!
