Please make sure to park in the right parking spot or your vehicle will be towed. You can only park in your designated spot or you can park on the streets. Park up to 1 car maximum. The unit is located on the second floor of the building. This is a nonshared listing with multiple listings on this property. Ideally, there is no linen left in the dryer however in the rare occurrence that there is, simply move clean linen and kindly set it aside in a clean area while washing amenity is used and we will collect the linen upon check out. Thank you. There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property. There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment. Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen. There is a train that runs near this home, you may hear the train at times but the horn does not usually blow. Pets are not allowed. For undisclosed pets/ service animals brought into the listing, there is an automatic ejection with no refund and $500 cleanup fee. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet's waste. If there is excessive pet hair in the space we will not refund the $250 pet cleaning deposit fee. *Deposit Collection* (Only in the case of Pets and Underage guests) In the case of any deposit collection, we will need a picture of your government ID and a picture of the credit card used matching your ID. QUIET HOURS FROM 10PM TO 8AM ON THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF PROPERTY. THE PURPOSE OF QUIET HOURS IS TO MAINTAIN A QUIET AND COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL GUESTS AND NEIGHBORS. 3. QUIET HOURS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. 4. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. 5. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS LISTING IF YOU PLAN ON HAVING LOUD MUSIC OR LOUD TALKING AFTER 10PM. 6. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE SPACE. WE WILL PROCESS THE REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER CHECKOUT BARRING ANY DAMAGES OR HOUSE RULES VIOLATIONS. we will definitely be staying at one of Jeffrey's listings again! I think this might be the cleanest air bnb I've stayed in! looked exactly like the pictures, clear instructions, quick responses! the water dispenser was a huge plus for us! washer and dryer in unit, everything you need for a getaway. I saw reviews about train noise but we had no issues, maybe we got lucky? loved the off the street discrete parking in the back. it is in developing area but we felt safe and had no issues.

Had a very comfortable stay! Host was very attentive and made sure to communicate properly! Huge bed! Amazing restroom! Idk when I’ll be in the area again but I’d stay here again in a heart beat.
