Early check-in is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. The early check-in fee is $25. Late check-out is 12pm. Late check-out fee is $40. Late check-out is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Late check-out is only applicable to reservations that have paid the $40 late check out fee. Late check-out can only be added to the reservation prior to check-out date. If you request late check-out on check-out day or overstay past normal 10:00 am check-out time then late check-out fee is $80. This $80 will be automatically deducted from your deposit. Check-in begins at 5:00 pm and check-out ends at 10:00 am. The hot tub and pool heater is available by request; please contact us in advance to reserve. Pool Heating: - $400 for the 1st night - $100 per night for subsequent nights (multi-night stays) - $400 flat fee for 1-night stays Heating time: up to 24 hours Hot Tub Heating: - $100 for the 1st night - $50 per night for subsequent nights (multi-night stays) - $100 flat fee for 1-night stays Heating time: up to 12 hours Important Notice: The pool and hot tub will be closed every Tuesday for regular servicing. There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property. There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment. Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen. There is a train that runs near this home, you may hear the train at times but the horn does not usually blow.
