BLEACH is the best disinfectant for sanitizing.** **Extra attention is paid to sanitizing this space to guard against any contagion.** **Please be assured we prioritize and are proactive about protecting our guests' health and safety.** The pictures we have in this listing are up to date and accurate. Maps may not have the most updated photos. This is a transitioning area that may appear rough but it's safe and very quiet at night. There is a ring door bell for added security. Early check-in is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. The early check-in fee is $25. Late check-out is 12 pm. Late check-out fee is $40. Late check-out is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Late check-out is only applicable to reservations that have paid the $40 late check-out fee. Late check-out can only be added to the reservation prior to the check-out date. If you request late check-out on check-out day or overstay past the normal 10:00 am check-out time then the late check-out fee is $80. This $80 will be automatically deducted from your deposit. Check-in begins at 5:00 pm and check-out ends at 10:00 am. Street parking is available directly in front of the home, also with space for 2 cars in the driveway and an additional 2 cars in the garage. Ideally, there is no linen left in the dryer however in the rare occurrence that there is, simply move clean linen and kindly set it aside in a clean area while washing amenity is used and we will collect the linen upon check out. Thank you. There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property. There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment. Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed. An emotional support animal is the same as a pet according to Airbnb Policy. For undisclosed pets brought into the listing, there is an additional $250 fee. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet's waste. If there is excessive pet hair in the space we will not refund the $250 pet cleaning deposit fee. *Deposit Collection* (Only in the case of Underage guests) In the case of any deposit collection, we will need a picture of your government ID and a picture of the credit card used matching your ID. The picture only needs to show the last four digits of your credit card. We will not be able to give access to the space until these steps are completed. Thanks.
