La ubicación es buena, accesos rápidos al highway, hubo algunos inconvenientes con el tema de la recolección de basura ya que no hay acceso al área de los botes y nosotros que estuvimos varios días fue complicado, recomendaría poner un poco más de insumos o sazonadores para los que preferimos cocinar en casa. La casa estaba en buenas condiciones, buen aire acondicionado, limpia y siempre estuvieron al pendiente de mis mensajes, sin duda regresaría

This place a phenomenal stay, close to majority of things to do and stores. The inside was just as described, clean and organized. Very spacious with a lot of amenities. Everything was detailed and host was easy to communicate with. Would book again.

Cutest apartment above a two-car garage. Located behind main house inside a gated fence. Parking available on the street in front of the house. Keyless entry. Provided essentials in kitchen/bathroom for a couple days, laundry detergent for in-unit stackable washer/dryer. Comfortable King size bed and futon in living room, sleeps 3-4 comfortably. Small patio with table and two chairs. Quite neighborhood, slight sound of train in distance, not disturbing at all. Located about five minutes from University of Houston which worked out great, going to and from was not a problem. Everything about our stay was smooth and stress-free, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back, especially since we will be visiting Houston frequently over the next four years.

Thank you!! The place was perfect! Super clean, the host was super responsive!! what a great management team you guys have!! Excellent for single people travelling of for couples!! FYI there is no stove to cook, but you do have a fridge, microwave and basically a kitchen minus the stove. Everything was great!

Awesome stay! My fiancé and I celebrated our 6th anniversary and the location is nice and tucked in the heart of the heights, an area I grew up in. We really appreciate your hospitality and the atmosphere!

The space was so cute and looks exactly like the photos. The host had great communication before, during, and towards checkout. Access was a breeze and we had no issues with street parking right in front of the property. Will definitely be coming back, thank you for a lovely stay!

What a wonderful stay we had, we truly enjoyed every moment! The place was very clean, spacious, and I absolutely loved the Mediterranean interior. We also really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the clear guidelines regarding quiet hours. If we ever find ourselves in Houston again, we’ll definitely book here again!

Peeyushs place was very clean and comfy . Me and my mom really did enjoy our stay . We didn’t have to travel very far out everything was pretty close . the only thing i will say is don’t wear any heels going up those steps you may fall lol , but overall i give this place a 10/10 .

Bradley and team were very responsive and proactive. The unit itself is very clean, comfortable and functional. The property complex is not the nicest, but the location is premiere to quick lower traffic access to galleria, med center and downtown. The parking spot is clutch and the walk to the unit grom it, is much shorter than if staying in a larger complex with garage parking. The residents I met were very kind. I would stay again for the price.
