When I travel for work, I look for places that are easy to get rideshares at for ease of getting around for food/small outings. The rental was very clean and simple. It had what I needed for my short trip! I would stay again.

I had a great stay and will 100% be booking again if I’m ever in Houston! The spiral stairs are a little steep if you have a big bag, but I LOVED that this was on the second floor and had its own staircase; really makes you feel safe if you’re staying alone! Unit is beautifully renovated and everything was absolutely as photographed on listing.

We had a great stay after Rodeo. It was a shared space with 2 other rentals, but still very private and peaceful. Lots of space and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area.

Jeffrey and staff were great to book with. They were super responsive, assisted with early check in due to me mis-booking the wrong days. Very clean, quiet, seamless experience. While the area is described as visually rougher surrounding, we felt very safe and it was quiet. Enjoyed the stay!

The space is cozy, quiet, and very private, while still being easy to find and access. It’s clear the host has put a lot of thought into the details—there are many small touches that make the stay comfortable. The water pressure is great, the hot water is reliable, and I had everything I needed during my stay. The unit itself is compact, which worked perfectly for me since I mainly needed a comfortable place to sleep and relax for a couple of nights. Guests planning longer stays or needing workspace may want to keep the size in mind. Parking is a short walk from the unit—you’ll enter through the front gate and walk around the main building along a gravel path. It’s very manageable if you’re traveling light, but if you have multiple pieces of luggage you may want to plan for a couple of trips. Overall, this is a great little spot for a peaceful overnight or short stay.

Libu and the staff were very informative, were very responsive, and very accomodating. They answered all of my questions within 10-15 minutes. I mentioned we were traveling with babies and a baby bed was already setup in the bedroom along with a high chair in the kitchen. We were easily able to park 3 cars at the property. The home stayed nice and cool. The neighborhood is not one where I would say I would go walking but again maybe I'm being a little too opinionated. There are a few homes that are run down and some with good bit of trash and waste. With that, we had no issues with our stay and we felt safe.

Thank You Jeffrey. I spent 2 nights here and it was exactly what the pictures showed. His place was nice, clean and easy to get to. The bed was very comfortable and the linen felt great. It is bungalow style so there were no below or to the side of me which made it feel homey. I will book again in the future.

Great tiny home for a quick stay. Convenient location, easy check in, responsive hosts, and the house had everything you could need. I did lock myself out of the house shortly after check in (silly user error) and the hosts were able to assist within minutes. Would stay again!
